Money-Back Guarantee

Popi offers a money-back guarantee on all its products! If an item doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it, you can return it within 14 (fourteen) business days of receiving it and get a refund for the purchase price.

So, within 14 business days of the delivery date, you can:

• Exchange it for a different size (if available);
• Exchange the item for a different style;
• Get a refund for the item.

It is very important to us that you keep the item and its packaging in perfect condition.

Items must not be worn or otherwise used; they must be undamaged and retain their value. Returned items must include all tags.

We recommend sending items via registered mail or courier, as there are cases where unregistered packages simply go missing. In such cases, without proof that you sent the item, we will not be able to issue a refund.

When returning items, please be sure to fill out and print the return form, which you can find here, and don’t forget to send it to us along with the returned item and the invoice or other document confirming the purchase.

If you received free shipping when the item was sent to you and you decide to return it, the shipping cost (2 EUR) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued only for the item, not for shipping.
